Anthony Byrne and Egano S on their way to winning the Prix St Georges class at at the South East Region show held at Spruce Lodge, Ballyrogan last saturday.
The pair scored 64.7%, giving them their qualifying mark to represent Ireland at International level. Byrne plans to compete Egano, formerly the mount of Anne Marie Dunphy, at Addington CDI in April, with a view to qualifying for the Young Rider European Championships to be held in Holland later this summer.
